Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
- Standard Shipping ($12.95) – via DHL or FedEx: 10-15 business days after shipment
- Free Shipping (orders over $50) – via EMS: 15-25 business days after shipment
Note: Delivery times may vary for international destinations (excluding Asia and some remote areas). Customs fees may apply for international orders.

We stand behind our running gear just like we stand behind every stride you take. If your purchase doesn’t meet your expectations, our runner-friendly returns process has you covered.
Eligibility
- Items must be returned within 15 days of delivery
- Products must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached
- Original proof of purchase required
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on:
- Socks (due to intimate wear nature)
- Sports Bras (hygiene considerations)
- Bottles & Hydration Packs (unless defective)
- Items marked as final sale
Return Process
- Initiate Your Return: Email our customer service team at [email protected] with your order number and return request within 15 days of delivery.
- Complete the Return Form: We’ll email you a return authorization form and shipping label (return shipping fees may apply).
- Package Your Items: Securely pack the items in their original packaging with all tags attached.
- Ship Your Return: Affix the provided label and drop off at your nearest DHL/FedEx location (depending on original shipping method).
- Receive Your Refund: Once received and inspected, we’ll process your refund within 3-5 business days.
Exchange Process
For size exchanges or product swaps:
- Follow the same return process above
- Clearly indicate your desired exchange item/size in your return request
- We’ll ship your replacement item once we receive your return
- Standard shipping fees apply for exchanges
Refund Information
- Processing Time: 3-5 business days after we receive your return
- Refund Method: Original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
- International Returns: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable customs fees
