Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

  • Items must be returned within 15 days of delivery
  • Products must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached
  • Original proof of purchase required

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following products cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Socks (due to intimate wear nature)
  • Sports Bras (hygiene considerations)
  • Bottles & Hydration Packs (unless defective)
  • Any items marked as final sale

Return Process

  1. Initiate Your Return: Email our customer service team at [email protected] with your order number and return request within 15 days of delivery.
  2. Complete the Return Form: We’ll email you a return authorization form and shipping label (return shipping fees may apply).
  3. Package Your Items: Securely pack the items in their original packaging with all tags attached.

Exchange Process

For size exchanges or product swaps:

  2. Clearly indicate your desired exchange item/size in your return request
  3. We’ll ship your replacement item once we receive your return
  4. Standard shipping fees apply for exchanges
